Daily to Hourly
This tutorial explains how to convert traditional daily weather data (at noon local standard time) first into daily high and low (minmax) data, and then into hourly weather data. This process predicts hourly weather data and is less accurate than hourly weather data that comes from measuring conditions in situ. A sample daily weather dataset is provided that is complete and sequential with all the required variables.
